Shearing facility

Two guillotines on site. Edwards Tru-cut 3m/6mm capacity. Edward Tru-cut 3m/10mm capacity. This allows us to provide either a complete or free-issue shearing service.

Bending and Rolling

Two press-brakes on site including a 12ft/155 tonne Pearson and various rolls, allow us to offer a comprehensive in-house pressing and rolling service.

Welding

With a vast array of plant M.I.G/T.I.G and Arc , we offer a complete welding service. Welding of Stainless 304/316/310etc, various alloys Nimonic,Inconel, Aluminium ,welding of disimilars,hard facing,brazing and much more.
